A gorgeous and pleasant hotel with pleasant employees in customer service and customer relations. In a particularly good location close to various sights, a monastery and an opera house. Thoroughly enjoyed modern area. The attached restaurant on the premises.

The prices were very affordable, especially considering the attention to detail and the basic amenities provided. The hotel is located in a safe central area, just a short walk away from the famous Vitosha street and conveniently near a metro stop. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms were comfortable and some even had small balconies with nice views over Lion's Bridge or Leva Most. Plus, breakfast was included in the rate, although it consisted of fixed menus, which I wasn't particularly fond of, but it was still a nice touch.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was great!
